WHAT IS LOUNGEWEAR ?

In principle, it is a piece of clothing specially designed to be worn at home, such as a dressing gown, night cap, slippers, etc.  Just because we are at home it doesn’t mean that we should let ourselves go.  It’s nice to wear something elegant at home, not just for our loved ones but simply to please ourselves.  And paying attention to how we look at home proves to us we’re worth it.
