We call\u00a0 “gradations” a study that gives the proportions to mix certain colours with white.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Lately, our manufacturer has been looking for a new formulation of its basic recipe to improve its quality,
\nand in particular its resistance to scratches which was a weak point of our painting, a corollary of its extreme dullness.<\/p>\n

This has an impact on the mixtures to obtain the “gradations”,
\nat least as long as the entire range is not made in the new formula.<\/p>\n

So, we continue to sell the “gradation” pages but only as a guideline<\/span>, because they no longer give accurate enough references.<\/p>\n

They can still be used as inspiration<\/span>, but it is prudent to experiment<\/span>.<\/p>\n
